All trucks are equipped with GPS tracking. Employees are required to log into our state of the art software system. Every stop the crew leader takes a before and after photos of the job.
Our employees go through an extensive training process. With years of experience, we have learned what our client(s) expectations are. We value our clients feedback.
- Communicate schedule changes.
- Check timer box for appropriate watering schedule.
- Double check gate is closed and locked prior to departure.
- Spot weed spray at every visit.
- Walk property to check for leaks, dead plants.. etc.
- Communicate with client on any suggested or needed repairs.
- Notify client of seasonal landscape/pool upkeeping. For example winter over seed, monsoon tree trimming and spring filter cleaning.
